Screen printing: Screen printing consists of three elements: the screen which is the image carrier; the squeegee; and ink. The screen printing process uses a porous mesh stretched tightly over a metal frame. A stencil is produced on the screen photochemically. The stencil defines the image to be printed in other printing technologies this would be referred to as the image plate. Special effects are also available, for example glitter, reflective, metallic or expanding inks. For high volume runs of 12 or more this is a great option.

Also know as DTG printing or digital garment printing, direct to garment printing combines modified ink jet printing technology with specialty water-based textile inks designed to print directly onto the garment. The DTG process we use also enables us to print on dark-colored garments using a special pretreatment on the areas of the apparel being printed. The result is lasting print with beautiful colors and a very soft-feel, even on dark-garments. For 1-12 piece order this is the perfect option. |
